Well, I help them to quickly pinpoint the deeper issues and release them effortlessly, so they can regain their confidence and get back in the flow of training and competition.


What is holding you back from your best performances? Through BodyTalk, I find the sabotaging belief system (eg. I'm not good enough.) or the buried traumatic event (eg. coming last in a race in primary school) which limits peak performance.


Whether it is a conscious or sub-conscious limitation or block (eg. I don't have what it takes to win), BodyTalk can bring it out and gently release it. If it's trauma from a bad experience (injury, huge loss to an opponent), BodyTalk can release those emotions and feelings that can hold you back from giving it your all.


Injuries, scars or nerves can hamper the flow of energy in your body. As your practitioner, I guide your body and mind to re-establish damaged communication between muscles, tissues, organs and the energy circuits that feed them. (eg. hydration of a specific body part, loss of co-ordination or negative feelings within competition).

Balance on all levels is integral to peak performance. Once the deep issues are removed, I can set up triggers for better performance under pressure.

How to improve your chances of having a great race? You can either book a session of BodyTalk that focuses on cleaning out stress, anxiety or feelings of pressure. Or you can choose a Peak Performance set up session that identifies and removes subconscious blocks that undermine good performance. In their place, new triggers are created to enhance preparation and to assist in getting into flow or the zone.
